Thomas Milburn Davis III is former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives who represented Virginia's 11th congressional district in Northern Virginia.
From 2008 to 2018, he was a director of federal government affairs at Deloitte. He is currently the rector (head of the Board of Visitors) of George Mason University and a trustee of its Krasnow Institute for Advanced Study.

Debbie Jones began her Chamber career in 1990, and served as President of the Prince William County-Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce from 1993-2010. She has been an executive in the Prince William Chamber since its inception in July 2010, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. She is currently involved in numerous boards in the community including The Center for the Arts, Smart Beginnings, and the Executive Advisory Board for the Benedictine Sisters of Virginia. In January 2013, she was named to the Board of Trustees for Novant Health. Debbie is a proud graduate of Leadership Prince William Class of 2010 and LEAD VA Class of 2007. In 2003, she was awarded the Chamber Executive of the Year by the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

Sharon Schuster Bulova is the current chairman of the Fairfax County, Virginia Board of Supervisors. She was first elected chairman in a special election on February 3, 2009. Bulova was reelected in 2011 and again on November 3, 2015. Bulova served as the Board's Budget Committee Chairman for 20 years, establishing a transparent and collaborative process for developing and adopting the Fairfax County Budget every year. As Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, she has helped the county navigate successfully through the difficult Great Recession and Sequestration eras.

Sajjad Qamar is a senior manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services, International Tax, Asset Management Tax practice. He has more than 15 years of experience serving the financial services industry, including hedge funds, private equity funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth, insurance companies, and international banks.
Sajjad has provided a wide variety of international tax consulting and compliance services to several multinational hedge funds, private equity funds, offshore funds and investment advisors through his broad knowledge of partnership, corporation and financial product taxation. He is highly experienced in a wide range of US International and “in-bound” tax-related issues affecting funds, including US domestic and offshore fund structuring, tax-efficient securities investing strategies, year-end tax planning. He is an instructor at the firm’s investment funds training program.
He is a member of the EY FSO International Tax Asset Management team specializing in structuring cross-border investments of hedge, sovereign wealth, pension and private equity funds.
He works extensively with alternative investment funds on various cross-border issues, including treaty planning, sovereign immunity, foreign tax credit, non-US withholding tax planning, treaty-based structuring, M&A, foreign currency, VAT, BEPS and transfer pricing. He has worked to develop tax-efficient structures for a variety of investments by funds in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Prior to this, Sajjad worked for over four and half years with NASDAQ-AMEX Stock Market Group as Lead Financial Analyst focused on financial analysis and due-diligence of companies who applied for initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary listings on the stock exchange.
Sajjad received his bachelor’s degree in economics from University of the Punjab, Pakistan. MBA in Finance from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration, Helsinki, Finland. Masters of Arts in Economics from American University, Washington DC, and Masters of Science in Taxation & Graduate program in Accounting from Fordham University, New York City.

Mahveen Azam manages a public-private partnership grant at the American University called Summer Sisters Exchange Program aimed at bringing Pakistani high-school girls to the U.S. universities for STEM courses. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, she is a successful partnership builder, an accomplished advocate, and an experienced federal and private grant writer and manager. With a background in Electrical Engineering and International Development, she is driven to prepare women for the 4th industrial revolution through education in STEM, building gender-inclusive talent pipelines and promoting SSTEM-oriented businesses. Mahveen holds a MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service and a MS in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University.
